For Customisation items, it will take 3 business days* to work on the order.

Please note that for every changes made will resulted to an additional ONE day of processing time.

All customisation will be default with Round Beads with the default colour palette included in the 2nd of photo of the link, if you require other shapes (Hexagon, Flower, Heartshape or Special colours), you can contact us to add on, It will be an additional $2 for the add on (Max 2 special beads).
If you would like to add on more than 2 special beads, it will be $2/beads and Please contact us before you make your purchase if you require this request.
Please state "PREVIEW BEFORE SENT" if you want to view before we sent out. It will be sent via Whatsapp or Email.
PREVIEW BEFORE SENT - Please get back to us within 7-10 business days else we will proceed to ship it out without consent.
If you require Preview before sent & Store Pickup, please estimate around 4 days from the collection date.
